ITU Journal of Food Science and Technology (JFST) aims to publish high-quality research and review articles in food science and technology.
The journal is being published online biannually and is an open access, international, peer-reviewed journal publishing research articles, reviews, short communications, and letters to the editor in the field of food science and technology.
All manuscripts submitted to JFST will be subjected to the plagiarism detection software, iThenticate. Manuscripts found to have similarity index of 25% or above will be rejected and authors will be appropriately informed.
